We are an engineering concern engaged as a manufacturer and supplier of Butt Welding Fittings, Socket Weld and Screwed Fittings, Flanges, Low Pressure Pipe Fittings, Tees, Reducers, Sockets, Unions, Plugs, Elbows, etc., fabricated using carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. We manufacture innovative products to meet specific requirements of the clients, and it has been the business philosophy of  the company ever since its inception in the year 1977.

We have obtained approval from Technical Development Committee, which governs assessment and approval of indigenous vendors for supply of engineering goods to petroleum, petrochemical and fertilizer industries. The company has also got approval from Chief Inspector of Boiler, West Bengal, for manufacturing seamless butt weldings, socket weld fittings and flanges with IBR certification.

IS-1239 Fittings-Part-II

ASTM and ANSI Fittings

• Forged Seamless Butt welding equal and reducing Tees (Made from single piece of pipe without any welding joint) in carbon steel only and concentric and eccentric reducers and elbows.
• Manufactured to ASTM and ANSI standards: Size range: 2” to 12”
• Socket Weld fittings ASTM A-105: From ½” to 2 ”(S.W and SCRD)
• Half-coupling, full-coupling, weldolet, sockolet fittings, seamless nipples of all sizes also available.
  

Product Specialization

• Seamless Tee from 2" to 12" (pull out tees formed from single piece of pipe)
• IS-1239 (PT-II) Fittings as per IS/BHEL standards (special) as per TDC REF: TDG:12:0 (ready stock available)
• Other special items include Sockolet, Threadolet, Weldolet, Nippolet, and Swage Nipple as per manufacturer's standard of different ratings.
